Situated on the forest bike/hike trail, this downtown hideaway is ideal for cyclists, providing easy access to the best of Brevard. Take a leisurely walk to the gorgeous Bracken Preserve and the Brevard Music Center. The Lumber Arts District and downtown shops and eateries are also within a short stroll. Natural light bathes the living room, appointed with stylish furnishings and a large smart TV. The game room includes a selection of books and board games, while the den is detailed with a newly-serviced Wurlitzer upright piano and 88-Key Electric Piano.
