Hotel was clean today and spacious but area around was quite rough (just outside of Hbf so no surprises). Electronic check in on the street felt unsafe as all details could be seen by anybody passing. Would stay here again due to proximity to opera house and hotel itself was great.

The hotel is in a good location. Easy access to transportation. Staff is 50/50. Night staff seems to be more attentive than day staff. A asked for a tea pot and I was offer hot water to be brought to my room. Unfortunately, it never happened!

"Interesting that I have only just seem that I might have been able to use the airport shuttle bus rather than spend £65 getting from the airport to the hotel. Nice hotel but if you stay there make sure that you avoid a room at the back of the building. High speed trains rattle through every hour ..."
