An excellent adventure
A beautiful condo in an excellent location. It was the perfect base for our plan to view the total solar eclipse in Stratford, NH and return afterward avoiding traffic that turned out to be difficult for others. We would love to return for a summer stay and the opportunity to explore the Bretton Woods and White Mountain attractions. A ski vacation next winter would also be a lot of fun!

Cozy and Clean!
A fantastic condo for our family to stay in while skiing at nearby Bretton Woods. The place was clean, cozy, and comfortable, and had everything we needed. The kids enjoyed playing board games by the gas fireplace and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed.

Ski weekend at Bretton Woods
This was a very comfortable and well-equipped unit for the six of us. After the 8-12" of heavy snow on Saturday night, a crew came and shoveled and plowed very nicely, which was good. The skiing was pretty poor when we arrived, so we went hiking instead which was great, but after the storm the skiing was really good. We enjoyed going to the Mt. Washington Hotel for lunch to celebrate a birthday too. Thanks again!

Great Bretton Woods location
Fantastic stay at this condo. It fit two families just perfectly. Kitchen was well stocked, the unit was spotless. Check in and check out is seamless. Can’t beat the proximity to Bretton Woods.

We stayed here while attending a wedding at the Omni Hotel which was only 4 minutes away. It was nice to stay at this property having our own kitchen and not worrying about paying for all our meals at the hotel’s restaurants. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook a meal. From spices to all utensils, pots, pans, and small appliances. The property was very clean and had a nice cozy feel to it. Nothing better than waking up to sip on your coffee by a fireplace with an incredible view out the living room windows. The owner was very prompt with answering any questions I had prior to our arrival. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Condo was much larger than we expected, super clean, great location. Fireplace provided a great atmosphere and coziness during our stay which never got past single degree temperatures. Barbara was attentive, easy to reach and provide a stay with everything we needed and more. Highly recommended.

I have stayed here several times and absolutely love everything about the place. It is stocked with everything you could need and the host is extremely helpful (power went out during a bad storm and the host gave me updates on when the power would be back).

Wedding weekend
Attended wedding at Omni Mt Washington Hotel and this condo was 5 minutes away. They had shuttle service from hotel to condo for extra convenience. Condo was clean, comfortable, and well stocked, with plenty of room for 5 adults. Great location to get to many hiking trails near Crawford Notch. Would definitely come back for another stay.

OUTSTANDING!
My husband and I attended a wedding at the Omni and stayed for two nights at Barbara’s condo and discovered that her rave reviews were warranted! She truly thought of everything! It is her attention to detail that sets her unit apart from other rentals. The emphasis on comfort, convenience and cleanliness are immediately obvious whether the kitchen, bedrooms, baths or living /dining area. The AC system and thoughtful tower fans in each bedroom circulated comfortable temperatures throughout our stay despite the heat wave. We slept comfortably and never felt the high humidity outside. We also loved the location and convenience. Barbara’s directions were clear as were the directions for access to the unit. It is a short drive to the hotel, another restaurant at the bottom of the street and breakfast/lunch spots within a mile. It is a skiers delight too. Breton Woods is so convenient to Barbara’s condo. As a family of skiers, it is great to find a roomy entry and places to place boot bags and outerwear. Hopefully, future events and skiing will bring us to Barbara’s place soon. It certainly feels like home!

The condo is amazing and has everything you could want. And the location couldn’t be better!!!!
We have rented this particular property several times now and LOVE it. It is spotless and comes stocked with everything you could want. Best of all is how responsive the owner (Barbara) is. Whenever we have a question, she responds immediately. Looking forward to next year!

Great Place for Families!
We stayed here for a weekend to ski and Bretton Woods and really enjoyed our stay. The location is very convenient, within minutes of Bretton Woods. The unit itself was comfortable for our family. And the host is very responsive for questions. Will definitely stay here again!

Nice Condo. Fantastic Location
We really enjoyed our long weekend stay. The condo was well-equipped and nicely decorated with a partial mountain view. Barbara was great to work with. No problems whatsoever. Conveniently located very close to Bretton Woods Ski Resort and Mount Washington Hotel. There was a shuttle to hotel, mountain and Fabyan’s restaurant, but we did not use it.

Great spot and great place to stay. There were 8 of us for a ski weekend and everyone fit very comfortably. It was very clean upon arrival! Fireplace was very nice to have and heated the place nicely. Would stay here again if we come back!

Cleanest and most comfortable place ever
The condo is much better than it shows in the photos . Very well stocked . Has all the amenities one can think of. So clean that everything was sparkling. Lots of space that even a family of 10 can stay. Yes there are not too many places for food but one can cook oneself. If ever I go to that area would love to stay in one of their properties. Barbara is an excellent host and very responsive to all communications.

This listing was absolutely perfect for our group. Our family grew up in the hospitality industry so we not only notice but greatly appreciate the small things. Well located quiet condo
My family and I had a great stay at this property. The best part is the location. 5 minutes from the AMC Highlands center from which we hiked Mt. Willard and my husband returned to after completing the Presidential Traverse. We spent time at the Ammonoosuc River on a very hot day just a couple of miles up the road. There are not many restaurants or grocery stores close by so bring provisions. The kitchen has everything! Lastly, we were there during a heatwave so the a/c was appreciated although not in the bedrooms.

We enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and well stocked with utensils, plates , etc. The owner was very responsive to questions. We like to dine out so you do have to hop in your car to go out to dinner. Good places are about 20 minutes away. Not a problem if on vacation though. If I had to give a negative it would be you do have to drive to central garage dumpster if you need to get rid of garbage and or dog waste. About 5 minutes away. Again not a big deal, I wish I could’ve walked to get rid of garbage Other than that I would recommend this place and will probably visit again

Bretton Woods in the spring
Area was so pretty and so many hiking trails within a few minutes drive. We had a wedding at Mount Washington and our family needed extra space. We had other family staying in another unit in the same development, and our unit was more updated and nicer inside. We had 3 TVS, they had 1. new washer and dryer and overall would def stay again!

Barbara was a wonderful hostess and we absolutely would (and most likely will) stay here again! The condo was warm, inviting, and so comfortable. The view of Bretton Woods is stunning. The kitchen was well equipped and made meal prep so easy, just like being at home. The streets surrounding the condo were plowed regularly during the blizzard and driving over to Bretton Woods was quick. We highly recommend this property!

So perfect our Resort friends were insanely jealous!
The perfect condo for 2-8 people, with every amenity you could ask for. We've rented ALOT of properties and this one was up there with the BEST! What we loved: - ample towels - tons of blankets -comfy beds -kitchen stocked with every tool and appliance and all cabinets labeled (so helpful!) - unique considerate touches (facial makeup wipes in the bathroom, small supply of snacks, games, seasonings) - gas fireplace - large kitchen table and island - easy check in and out Our friends who paid the same at that fancy resort for a small, dated room were highly jealous of our plush accommodations. We can't wait to come back!!!!

Cozy Little Winter Weekend
We had the best winter weekend at this cozy condo! Already looking to see if we can come back in the summer to experience a different season in this beautiful spot. Like many other people mentioned, I was just so happy about the unit's overall cleanliness and accuracy of the photos esp during covid times. The layout is actually more spacious than I had envisioned. The kitchen area opens up to a big table and a cute living room which made it perfect for us to eat and relax all together. From the couch you are looking at the gondola and new restaurant at the summit of the mountain! Can't really beat that! The beds were comfy and the bathrooms were so clean. I was also so impressed by the property manager, Barbara, with her kindness and responsiveness to my questions. We loved the proximity of this condo to the Bretton Woods skiing area (across the street) and Mount Washington hotel (a few miles down the road) where we enjoyed skiing, tubing and dining options. Can't say enough good things about the entire experience. Would definitely recommend and stay here again. Thank you!

wonderful Christmas weekend
The house is cozy, warm and sparkling clean, and has everything you would need for a ski trip. The owner truely cares, with a great attention to details. Barbara is super responsive and very patient with my questions. We brought our own xBox, and there are three big TVs in the house. Not all of us skis, and it just wonderful sitting next to the deck with the fireplace on watching a move. Would definitely come back in the future.

Wonderful place to stay
This place exceeded our expectations. We came up from Pennsylvania for our niece’s wedding that had been cancelled twice because of COVID. Barbara was very understanding and luckily the new weekend dates were available. The place is amazing. It is quite comfortable, and supplied with everything that you need, and the view of the ski slopes were fun to watch, especially with the binoculars that were sitting in the mantle. We were only 5 minutes from the Mt. Washington resort where the wedding took place, which was so convenient. We would love to come up again in the warmer weather and see and do a lot of the things that were closed for the season. Thank you Barbara and Jim! Beverly and Mark Vitek

Mountain Majesty!
Love, love, love Mt. Washington and all of its grandeur! This condo was just the right size for our family and we could bring the two dogs, which is always a plus! I highly recommend this property and the easy way with the owner.
