The living room opens onto a lovely 32 m² south-facing terrace furnished with garden furniture, lounge chairs, a parasol, and an electric barbecue. A garage is available for use as a bicycle storage area (with a washing machine and a shower). Parking for two cars is possible on the property. A pleasant and well-located house for a holiday where everything is within walking or cycling distance! Pets are not allowed. Bed linen and towels are not provided. Tourist tax is not included.
