(The sofa bed in the main room can be used as a double bed.) A hallway leads to a bedroom (one 160cm bed + wardrobe), a shower room with washing machine (shower, vanity unit, and storage), and a separate toilet. A cot is available. Tile patio with garden furniture (table, chairs, parasol, electric barbecue, sun lounger). One private parking space. You will appreciate: \- the comfort and amenities of this renovated Ferme Marine \- the pleasant, sunny patio for al fresco dining \- the house's location: just 100m from the shops in the residence (mini-market and restaurants).
