The house features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 3 additional toilets. There are 2 extra beds in the game room, accommodating up to 13 guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, a washing machine, a game console, as well as books and toys for children. Guests will also find a ping-pong table and a pool table on the property. A baby crib and high chair are available.



    Enjoy the private outdoor space with a garden, open-air terrace, 2 balconies, barbecue, clay tennis court (usable in spring and summer), and a playground. Itā€™s the ideal spot to enjoy the outdoors and create unforgettable memories.



    Parking is available on the property, and there is also a garage space. Smoking and parties are not allowed inside the house. Air conditioning is not available. The interior is step-free. Security cameras and/or audio recording devices are installed outside. There is a storage area for motorcycles and bicycles.
