"Very helpful staff and central location."

"Room cleaned after I reached the hotel and kept me waiting for 15 Minute for cleaning even though it's pre booked. Toilet seats were dirty and not cleaned even after informing the team. Coffee machine was utter waste, the disposable cups were old and blackish spots in it. Coffee was horrible. Waste bin should be cleaned by us. They won't do it. Towels we need to replace each time by going to the reception and ask. It was a horrible stay here."

"The employees are all very nice and helpful. However, there seemed to be only one person working in the complimentary breakfast. I went down twice both mornings of our stay to find that the hot eggs, meat, and /or sausage gravy and biscuits were not refilled."

Then deactivated room key at 9 am on the checkout date. Couldn’t access room because I went to do laundry. No one works the front desk until 10. This place is not available 24/7 "
