"Good value for money. Great location, walking distance to main street. Staff are very welcoming and lovely. Room size was great, bed firm and comfortable. Quite a small bar fridge but good enough. Shower nice and hot with good pressure. The provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash and soap are nice. Overall the bathroom was clean but the only thing that is a little off putting is the shower really needs to be re-grouted at the bottom as it appears mouldy. Other than that no complaints."

"Really wouldn’t recommend staying here for the price. The room stank the whole time meaning we left the windows open (that were open on our arrival so clearly they knew) which then meant the traffic from 7am woke us. The kettle was full of mould, as was the fridge. The shower had a door taken out and stood inside the shower meaning we didn’t want to use it for fear of it slipping and breaking or the obvious spill of water to the surrounding area. And the spas on the advertised bath spa were not working and it was pretty dirty to begin with. 2 star property at best. I’ve stayed at hundreds of hotels and would not expect the standard given here for the price paid and star rating. "

"An absolutely beautiful spot for those that want to unwind, but still plenty to do with plenty of games, table tennis and volleyball to entertain everyone! This home was lovely and clean with a real homely feel.Clayton Bay is a treat for Watersport, kayaking, and paddle boarding. We will definitely be back! "
