Excellent facility and location. My only personal drawback was that the mattress was too soft for my preference.

I am a HUGE believer in the Hilton brand and Embassy Suites hotels all around the country and this particular hotel around airport was nothing less than spectacular. Very clean hotel and oh so convenient location to the interstates. Love the safe parking lot and being able to walk the dog around the property and not feel uneasy. Everyone at the hotel was so nice and helpful. The suite was so clean and had the greatest a/c in the Atlanta heat reaching over 100°, while I was there. Quiet even through the weekend with an abundance of children around and plenty of parking. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay and will be returning next time.

Love staying at this hotel!!! It is the best in Midtown!

Arrived on a flight from Zurich and checked in at approximately 1700. Only one person at reception so it was a little slow. We were given a room on the second floor and I asked if one was available on a higher floor. I was advised the hotel was full. It was not. There were four people at the complimentary wine hour and virtually nobody in the bar or restaurant at 1830. The room we were assigned was just above the air conditioning condensers and trash container. The parking lot which we could see was only filled to about 30 percent of capacity. My point in describing the experience is that the desk was not being truthful and simply did not want to take the time to accommodate my request. Not likely to consider a Kimpton property again. They used to be colorfully decorated in a unique way. They now are just like any Crown Plaza IHG owns.
