### Villa IVKA Apartment A - a spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms

A 1st floor apartment with a loggia facing the sea that serves as a living and dining area, 2 bedrooms, 2 en suite bathrooms, inside dining area and kitchen, a living area with optional sleeping for 2 persons.  
  
Inside living area provided with A/C unit and ceiling fan, wi-fi, TV.  
Washing machine available to all guests in the storage space where towels, soaps and toilet paper are also stored   
The house is adjacent to our own olive grove with 20 mature trees for all guests to enjoy and the parking is 10 m behind the house across the olive grove
