Welcome to the "Le Drakkar" gîte.



Located in Saint-Martin-de-Bréhal, this gîte invites you to relax with family and enjoy the beach just 400 meters away.



This 35 m² gîte, fully renovated and equipped, accommodates up to 4 guests. It is on the ground floor of a villa with 3 units, facing south, and features a private entrance and a small inner courtyard.



The living area includes a lounge with flat-screen TV and a dining space with a fully equipped separate kitchen (induction hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.).



The bedroom offers a bunk bed and a 140 x 200 cm double bed, sleeping 4. The bathroom has a shower, washing machine, and toilet.



Relax outdoors in your private, south-facing space with table, parasol, garden furniture, sun lounger, and barbecue.



Ideally located in the heart of Saint-Martin-de-Bréhal’s seaside resort, you are 400 meters from the beach and shops (bakery, deli, grocery, restaurants, ice cream shop, Sunday market, and summer events).



Note: Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request for an extra charge.
