This house will allow you to be taken by the place's beauty, with a nature widely present and to recharge your energy far from the city. the stress of the modern life ... Located in a small village in Ticino, it has a huge and diversified garden whitch offers a wide view of Lombardy, with Milan on the left and the Alps on the right. There are two bedrooms on the 1st floor and a living space. The kitchen and the dining room are on the ground floor, as in the past… The dining room has a large fireplace constructed by the hearth, in red Arzo marble, typically Ticino and opens onto a portico overlooking the large garden. The largest, bright room, whose original area we kept, has a direct view of Lombardy and the Alps. It has a matrimonial bed. In front of this room, there is the second bedroom, also with a matrimonial bed (separable into 2 beds if you need it) and a comfortable bathroom. Nearby, there are many possibilities for hiking in the mountains. Sagno is located at the beginning of the Muggio Valley, elected the most beautiful valley in Switzerland a few years ago. The small villages aroud are charming and the few small typical restaurants offer a neat and simple cuisine, with good local products, often at km 0. In this beautiful region of Italian lakes, Lugano and its lake are located about 20 km, Como Lake 10 km, Milano 40 km, Maggiore Lake also about 40 km. One of the owners lives on the spot. She is often present, has her separate living space and is happy to advise you on what to discover in the surrounding area. She is of a dual culture, Ticino and French. C’est d’abord un lieu idéalement placé car il permet de rayonner très facilement tant dans le Tessin qu’en Lombardie. C’est aussi une maison avec un environnement très agréable (le village, la forêt environnante) où l’on peut se reposer et se détendre au calme entre deux journées d’excursion. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le jardin, la belle vue sur la campagne, la douceur des soirées (il fait beaucoup moins chaud à Sagno qu’à Côme ou Lugano) et les repas et petits déjeuners dans le jardin ou sur notre terrasse agrémentée d’une glycine et d’une belle colonne toscane. Enfin, il nous faut souligner la gentillesse et la qualité de l’accueil de notre hôtesse Myriam qui est vraiment très attentionnée et de bon conseil comme l’ont souligné d’autres vacanciers. La Casa Mirica est une maison qui a une âme et nous avons été tout particulièrement sensibles aux efforts de Myriam pour restaurer cette belle demeure familiale et lui rendre son éclat. Das Haus liegt wie beschrieben in einem kleinen Bergdorf mit grandioser Aussicht und im Inneren viel Geschichte. Die Gastgeberin, die mit im Anwesen wohnt, ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wer Ruhe und Natur sucht, keinen Wert auf Perfektionismus legt und dabei Tessin und Lombardei erkunden möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Gerne wieder :-) ##### jörg r. Das geschichtsträchtige Patrizierhaus mit der wunderschönen Gartenterrasse hat zum Innehalten und zur Erholung gerufen. Myriam ist eine perfect Gastgeberin mit dem Herzen auf dem richtigen Platz. Sagno ist auch ein idealer Ausgangsort für viele schöne Ausflüge in die Gegend wie Como und Lugano. Doch man braucht hier schon eine Auto - am Besten ein kleines, denn die Dorfstrassen sind eng. La vue sur la campagne environnante est très reposante. Nous avons pleinement profité du plaisir de prendre les repas sur la terrasse couverte, à l'ombre de la glycine.
