LONG TERM STAYS, King Temperpidic, Breaux Bridge

We welcome long term stays. Nurses, medical professionals and contractors see our discounts. THE HOUSE IS VERY QUIET AND SAFE!

Located in the heart of Breaux Bridge. This 600 sq. ft. studio has a whole house generator. NEVER LOSE POWER! Recently renovated in 2020. It has a full kitchen, laundry and walk in shower. Coffee and tea is provided.

Close to Lafayette (15 minutes) with shopping, restaurants and entertainment.

There is parking for work trucks and equipment.

This is a 600 sq. ft. studio apartment with it's own entrance. It is fully equipped with a beautiful kitchen. Coffee and Tea are provided. If I can accommodate breakfast, I will. There is a King bed (tempur-pedic cloud), full shower and washer/dryer combo. All linens and towels are provided. All laundry detergent is provided. There is high speed wifi and a Roku TV. Cable is not provided and you must have your own streaming. The studio was completely renovated in 2020. This is one of 2 units on the property under a common roof.
