I’ve emailed before asking for an arrangement on rates a few times, no reply.
And the room door frames are rusty.
Toilet had a smell.
Lot of renovation in lobby.
But super good location. Cannot beat the location. And reception staffs were nice.

Beautiful view of the water. Quiet location. Beautiful decor in rooms. Staff very helpful.
Clean & tidy rooms & bathroom.
Unfortunately no exhaust fan in bathroom & the bed was very hard (but that’s just me)! Close to Coogee shops & beach
Would definitely stay again.
