Located on the 6th floor (with lift), it consists of a lovely 37 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen and a shower room. We are waiting for you! The accommodation is laid out as follows: \- At the entrance, there is a double sofa bed separated from the living room by a corridor and a door \- A 37 m² living room with a sofa, TV, dining table and an open-plan kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. . \- On the mezzanine, you will find a queen-size bed (160×200) and an extra single bed for a child. \- A bathroom with shower. \- A separate toilet. Outside: \- A balcony of approximately 4 m², facing west, perfect for enjoying the sunset. A small table and two chairs are provided for meals or aperitifs. The apartment is ideally located in Bray-Dunes, in a very pleasant environment just a stone's throw from the protected dunes. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, summer entertainment, and more. Activities: \- Walks on the Bray-Dunes sea wall \- Dune du Perroquet nature reserve \- Sand yachting, paddleboarding, kitesurfing \- Visit to the Fort des Dunes or the blockhouses \- Weekly markets \- Bike rides to the nearby Belgian border Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park in the private, numbered car park in the residence's inner courtyard, which is accessible to all types of vehicles (sedans, station wagons, SUVs).
