I have some problems with my back, so I found the beds to soft, but when I told the staff they fixed it immediately, with a better mattress. So the service was good, but there could have been more smiles from the staff i the reception.....The breakfast was basic, but very varied. Dans la chambre la poubelle n'avait pas été vidée après le départ des occupants précédents, et la chambre comportait deux lits séparés situés de chaque côté de la pièce, avec un pannonceau indiquant qu'il était interdit de déplacer les lits !!!! Skal man ud af byen er der ikke længere end 10-15 min til togstationen. Prisen er bestemt rimelig og personalet er opmærksomt og servicemindet. We stayed at a triple room and had a huge suite-like apartment with a big balcony. The bathroom and toilet were pretty basic, nothing fancy, but the bedrooms were very nice. Breakfast was ok, there was a good range of different things available. The location was superb, with a 5-to-10-minute walk from the main attractions in the Old Town and right next to a big shopping street. There were also a lot of nice, cheap restaurants nearby. J'ai pris cet hôtel par hasard et j'en suis SUPER content ! On était 3 dans la chambre...que dis-je L'APPARTEMENT ! On avait 2 chambres, une cuisine équipée, toilettes séparés, salle de bain avec baignoire... La propreté de l'hôtel est un petit - mais il y a tellement de +. L'hôtel est super bien situé, pas loin de la gare routière, près des attractions de la ville, la ville est petite donc tout se fait à pied. On est jeune (25ans) on a été pour faire la fête et cet hôtel est bien situé car pas à côté des pubs et boîtes pour le bruit mais à quelques minutes de la boîte la plus cotée : THE CLUB !!!!!!! La ville est magnifique, les gens accueillants, les femmes superbes....et la vie y est vraiment pas chère ! This was a perfectly nice hotel well located just off the old town and by the trams that go to the central station. Nothing remarkable but pleasant enough and good value compared to others of a similar type on expedia. However, the beds were terribly uncomfortable - very much like sleeping on firm gym mats, and the pillows weren't up to much either. The curtain rails were positioned around 6 inches from the window so it was very hard to block light from flooding in early in the morning. So although the rooms were clean they were not comfortable. They also had a video player/recorder in - who uses video nowadays?? Breakfast buffet was very average. A lot has been said of the breakfast here, but it is of the same standard of most other central european budget hotels, I had no problems with it. Only down side was that the bathroom had seen better days and the toilet smelt slightly of urine. However these small issues did not ruin my experience and would happily recommend. L'hotel è in un'ottima posizione, tranquilla (praticamente di fronte al palazzo del Presidente della Repubblica) e offre un meraviglioso servizio in relazione al costo! Negative: my only complain about this hotel is the bed since it wasn't confortable at all. The room window was a bit dirty as well. Anyways I do recommend this hotel!
