Perfectly placed for the train and bus terminal. Also only a 15 minute walk to the Old Town. Unfortunately just a bit too close to the train line. It never bothered us 1st time we stayed, but the early morning cargo trains disturbed our sleep this visit. I slept like a rock despite the proximity to the train tracks. Fairly easy and straight-forward to let yourself in with keys and codes, just annoying that you have to mke a profile on a third-party app in order to receive them. You enter a damp-smelling reception with no receptionist, it all seems a bit makeshift. Maybe it is still under construction? Not only the trains noise but also the appartment door has a glass and the light gets in each time one of the residents get to the hall way which woke me up frequently. Room was nice and cosy and there was a washer and dryer in the apartment too if required by travellers.
