Super nice hotel! Large room with balcony, the hotels looks newly renovated. We were positively surprised :) the staff was very polite. Overall a great experience!

NO LO RECOMIENDO EN ABSOLUTO! UNA VERGÜENZA

Que vergüenza de hotel, Primero que nada no nos avisaron que no habría servicio de comida ( el cual estaba reservado el 80% por ciento a huéspedes de una conferencia). Por lo que no podíamos acceder ni al parking, restaurante, banos de restaurante así como resto de instalaciones del hotel ya que le dieron prioridad a los de la conferencia. Al llegar me pidieron en efectivo 50€ en caso de consumo, me pareció raro ya que no es común en un 5* y para colmo el desayuno fue una tomada de pelo, ya que al no ser incluido buscaron la manera de perjudicarnos. Pedimos 2 cafés, y dos cuernos ( uno con jamón y queso y el otro natural) al terminar pedí un vaso de agua y me sirvieron de una botella. Al firmar la cuenta noté que me había cobrado 5€ por el agua, pagando por el destino si así se le puede llamar 30€ Al terminar el seguiamo hicimos el check out y me preguntaron que había tomado del mini bar y le dije que un chocolate kit kat Solamente en cual me contestó, que faltaban unas pringles las cuales le afirme que si las había consumido. Pero le pregunté cómo sabía mi consumo del Mini bar si no había hecho el check out? Del desayuno pasmamos directo a recepción, por lo que le pregunté, me vas a decir que mientras nosotros desayunamos subió alguien sin nuestra autorización a ver el servibar? Sabias que tenía dinero, un Rolex y mi anillo de compromiso en la mesa, qué pasaría ahora si yo subo y digo que falta algo? Quien se hace responsable PATÉTICO Y DEPLORABLE el peor 5*

Nice boutique hotel with good restaurant. The manager deserves 10+ for her service. Breakfast was supposed to be included in the rate we paid,however it only meant 10€ voucher towards food and one cup of coffee...found that one out after we checked out...

Magnifique hôtel

L'hôtel est un peu excentré du centre mais tout peut se faire à pied facilement (ou en bus). L'hôtel est magnifique, les chambres spacieuses et bien équipées et enfin le petit déjeuner excellent (au choix parmi plusieurs menus).

Really Nice hotel

Really nice hotel with a great restaurant. Extremly nice bath room. Nice wellness and very friendly staff. The hotel is located a 20-30 minutes walk from the old centre.

Good but...

Well, the Hotel is pretty nice, a sort of boutique hotel that makes it interesting. Rooms are ok, the reception is small but service is good. The restaurant is quite expensive but the food is very good. I would improve the service anyway cause it’s not exactly the 5 stars Hotel one. I definitely would change the breakfast concept (currently 100% a la carte) I had to wait around 7 minutes to get the menu and despite the scrambled eggs ordered were served pretty fast I did not like the concept at all. As business traveler I always prefer to find a buffet, a good one of course. I got some bread, butter and jam + the eggs + aa glass of orange juice and water. I wanted some fresh fruit but I had to pay “extra”(this is what the waiter said). So, I would love to go back to that hotel cause it’s far from the city center and the dinner was really good but I hope to find a better service at the restaurant and a buffet at breakfast ;)

Felt More Like 4 Stars...

Pros: Dog-friendly, free parking, large & clean room. Restaurant food was good (heavy seafood) but portions tiny & pricey. Cons: Location (up on a hill overlooking the city, not walkable to Bratislava or to any other restaurants/shops). Spa/massage experience completely weird and unprofessional, almost like offering spa services was tacked on to round out an amenities list. A la carte breakfast unsatisfactory.

Another great stay!

My husband ans I go there every year and love it! Perfect communication prior to arrival. Nice professional staff, room (executive) quite large, nice deco, nice bathroom with l'Occitane products, great choice of pillows, comfortable beds and a terrasse. We love the wellness area which is limited to 6-7 people. Think of sending a mail before hand to reserve a time. Breakfast great. If you want to get into the old town, simply take the bus across the street or a taxi.

Lovely hotel

The hotel was really nice. Excellent spa which is small but they make sure never gets crowded and the facilities were excellent. Room was nice, quite basic but we did get the cheapest room. Very clean and the bath products were l'occitane which was amazing. The restaurant was very good.

Quiet and Peaceful

At first I thought I was far away from the center. But I was not. Just a few minutes walk from the castle. I like the rooms which reminded me of a cute Swiss chalet. Great comfort and Spa. The reception also was very helpful in explaining me how to know Bratislava better and which dishes to try :)

Schönes und luxuriöses Hotel abseits vom Trubel

Nach einem sehr angenehmen und hilfreichen Check-In (wir haben eine sehr gute Restaurantempfehlung bekommen) wurden wir in unser großes und sehr sauberes Zimmer gebracht. Das Hotel hat nur wenige Zimmer, es ist ruhig und wir konnten den Spa Bereich praktisch alleine nutzen. Frühstück war gut, das Personal jedoch etwas unaufmerksam und vergesslich.

Hotel in Botschafts-Ruhelage

Das Hotel befindet sich in einer nobler Villengegend, in gehweite befindet sich die zB. die Deutsche Botschaft. Bei Executive Doppelzimmer ist leider kein Sonnenschirm auf der Terrasse, jedoch Sesseln und Tisch.Gute Klimanlage im Zimmer, großes Badezimmer, aber leider nur wenige TV-Sender(...auch nur 3 deutschsprachige Sender...). Netter übersichtlicher SPA-Bereich... Dampfbad goldfarbig verfliest...Pool verfügt über eine Schwallbrause, sowie über einzelne Massage-düsen...gute Relaxliegen...
