Wir haben das Hotel NUR ausgesucht weil es mit einem Pool und Wellness Bereich auf Expedia beworben wurde. Leider mussten wir dann von der Rezeptionistin erfahren, dass es schon seit Jahren keinen Pool mehr gibt. Der Supervisor wollte uns in keinster Weise entgegenkommen und hat gemeint, dass Expedia an allem Schuld ist.
