"Overall it was a perfect location, clean rooms, really good breakfast buffet we had included when booked and nice amenities. Cons - it’s $15 per person to use the pool which is not stated anywhere and the AC in the room barely worked. It got super hot since it’s mid summer. Great place overall!"

"A fine stay overall. Location is excellent (Bratislava is extremely walkable) & most key sights or transport links are within a 15-20 min walk. Our room was not cleaned the day after our first night which was rather disappointing but new towels were supplied after asking. Shower gel also not replenished after our second night so assume it was not properly checked when the room was turned over. But when these things were flagged, staff rectified them and were apologetic. King Room was spacious, plenty of room for multiple large luggage without losing space. Hotel and rooms are modern, well maintained otherwise."
