"I only stayed a few hours during a long layover and the accommodations were fine. I liked having transportation provided to the airport and dining at the nearby mall. The Easter Breakfast Buffet was exceptional! I didn't like the difficulty I had attempting to contact the hotel on my Expedia reservation to request transportation upon arrival at the airport. I had to take an Uber as no one from the hotel answered the number on the reservation. "

"Arrived in morning after all-night flight. Room was available, but they wouldn’t allow check-in prior to 11am - unless one paid a 1/2day rate surcharge. Since that was equivalent to our full night rate on hotels.com we instead camped out in lobby awaiting the appointed time. "

The staff was very good and spoke English and the value was great because of the strong U.S. dollar. Convenient location for us. We are an elderly couple visiting family who live in Brasilia."
