The beach is beautiful, the resort is beautiful and well looked after there is plenty of activities for the family great breakfast and dinning options. "Where to start? Alain & Marie were excellent answering all questions before our arrival organising including airport transfers and hire car (essential to get round). The villa is amazing, very clean, and has a very peaceful energy which a great reflection on the owners. The views of the ocean are something to behold l swear. "From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and professionalism. From the front desk staff to the restaurant staff, they were all fantastic, attentive, friendly and genuinely cared. They looked happy and smiling all the time. Our rooms, booked 4 rooms, were spotless, beautiful and very comfortable. Housekeeper did a fantastic job through our stay. The activities were OK. The night entertainment should be better. We'll definitely be back and highly recommend Solana Beach Hotel. "

"This property epitomises luxury. It’s all in the detail. Flavoured water on the beach, ice buckets filled with drink whilst sunbathing, gourmet food and ice cream. The staff give you that boutique feel and the honey made on site is a lovely touch. We moved onto another property at a different part of the island and if it wasn’t fully booked we would head straight back to the lux*. It’s another level "

"Our stay at LUX was exceptional. The amenities are clean, the staff is ultra nice. The beach in front of the hotel is probably the best we’ve visited. We were there for our honeymoon and for my husband’s birthday and we were spoiled with so many surprises, like champagne, cake, massages, cocktails mixing class and a number of other things. There is also so much to do, that if you wish, you don’t have to leave the hotel. There is a program with number of events every day - for children and for adults. We visited the spa, used the tennis court, went to the cinema night. Everything was perfect during our stay."

"We travelled from Australia and stayed at this beautiful hotel in Mauritius, let me tell you hands down this is one of the best hotels I have been to with breathtaking sea views, private beach, beautifully unique designed hotel and best five star in class service. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed with a friendly smile. All the staff were very helpful and the food was absolutely delicious. Thank you to the reception staff and management for helping us plan our days accordingly to what we liked. Thank you to security at the front of the hotel for your exceptional service and friendly smiles each day. Thank you to the hotel staff for ensuring our room was clean and tidy to perfection each day. There is one highlight that we will never forget which is the dine in at the Tek Tek restaurant with our own private chef. The six course menu was inspired by the islands rich culture and let me tell you the food was on another level with the combination of flavours the dishes were perfection. Each dish was made with love from the Chef. Thank you Chef Shiva and Helper Karan for the most wonderful night and dine in experience you both made our experience staying at Mauritius incredible. We hope to see you both again soon. If you would like a luxurious stay I definitely recommend staying at this hotel. 🙂"
