Summary: This renovated condo will be the perfect spot for your group to stay for a wonderful Branson vacation! It is a WALK-IN unit and the whole condo is on the same level, so NO STAIRS! This beautiful space comes stocked with all you might need for a great vacation including 3 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms! Soak in the Ozarks from the screened-in back deck or take a walk down the street to one of 3 pools in the community (open Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend)! The Space: This beautiful condo is a walk-in unit, so easy access for those who don't like stairs! The spacious living room and kitchen offer an open concept with plenty of room for everyone to be together! The living room couch is plush leather, ready for you to sink into and relax after a day full of travel or Branson adventure. The kitchen is ready for some cooking with FULLY STOCKED CABINETS! There are pots, pans, cookie sheets, a handheld mixer, a blender, and all the necessities for cooking! Whether it's homecooked, or opting for take out, the dining room table has room for everyone as well a great view looking out the back sliding glass doors looking into a little bit of the Ozarks! Step right out on that SCREENED-IN BACK PORCH if you would rather dine outside or sit out there in the morning as you sip on a cup of coffee. Either way, soaking in the beauty of some Ozark trees can be a vacation all on its own! All three bedrooms are on the same level, two of the bedrooms have their OWN ATTACHED BATHROOM, and the last bedroom has a bathroom just outside its door. Bedroom 1 has a KING BED, an extra sitting chair, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate OVERSIZED JETTED TUB! Bedroom 2 has another king bed, also with an attached bathroom! Bedroom 3 has two QUEEN BEDS and an attached bathroom with a shower/tub combo, with a separate second sink area, giving everyone space to get ready. The living room couch is even a queen sleeper sofa to sleep two extra people! Room for everyone in this spacious condo! Guest Access: No needs for keys! There is a keypad lock on the front door for your convenience! We will send you your code a few days before your stay. The Neighborhood: The location is ideal, tucked away in the back of StoneBridge Resort! There are 3 different pools within the StoneBridge Resort, and one of the them is just a short walk down the street. Bring your own pool towels, walk down the street, and soak in the sun around the pool. All StoneBridge pools are outdoor and open seasonally, Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend. The two other resort pools are only a short drive away. One is at the clubhouse, where you can also sign up for a tee time at the LedgeStone golf course (for a fee) or choose to dine at the clubhouse restaurant Ledgestone Grill. The third pool is zero entry and sits by Forest Lake, a large pond inside StoneBridge, with a beautiful view! The pond also offers catch and release fishing, so just bring your poles (no fishing license required)! Several of the other StoneBridge amenities are in this same location by Forest Lake, where there is also a sand volleyball court, half basketball court, playground, and walking trail around the pond. Getting Around: Head out to enjoy all that the city of Branson has to offer! One of the biggest attractions is Silver Dollar City, an 1880's themed amusement park with amazing roller coasters, live shows, cave tours, and a multitude of craftsmen who offer live demonstrations on welding, glass blowing, candy making, wood carving, and so much more! Don't forget to try one of the delicious funnel cakes before you leave! The entrance to Silver Dollar City is conveniently located just one mile from the StoneBridge Village entrance! The HWY 76 Strip, Branson's entertainment district, is located just 15 minutes away! Explore the wonder of the Wax Museum, Ripley's Believe It or Not, WonderWorks science museum, or the Aquarium at the Boardwalk! You could choose to go up on the Ferris wheel (brought in from Chicago's Navy Pier) or experience one of the many Branson shows! Outlet shopping at the Tanger Outlet Mall, antiquing, go-carting, and mini-golf are other favorites and everyone should experience Andy's Frozen Custard after a delicious dinner of local barbeque at Gettin' Basted or Danna's! BOAT RENTAL OR STORAGE! Indian Pointe Marina is just 15 minutes away and offers a variety of boat rentals if you want to spend a day out on the lake! The State Park Marina is only 20 minutes away and would be another great option! If you are bringing a boat with you, both marinas are available for you to set up plans for easy storage, as trailers and boats are not permitted to be stored on Stonebridge's property. STONEBRIDGE CAR FEE NOTICE! StoneBridge has implemented a $5 charge per vehicle per night that will need to be paid at the gate upon entering the resort - this will increase to $7 in 2026\. The area is very quiet and peaceful. The screened in porch overlooked the golf course. The kitchen was well stocked if you plan to cook. Furniture was nice as well. They had plenty of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, coffee, creamer, etc. they even had make-up wipes and laundry pods. All of the little things you could forget at home, they had. Very thoughtful and we greatly appreciated that. The contact in town, Keeley, was easy to reach and responded quickly when I had a question. There is a nice pool close with a BBQ pit that has restrooms and plenty of seating. If you like to fish, there is a small stocked lake that is catch and release 7 minutes away with a nice walking trail, pool and play area. Families were very friendly and shared the public spaces with consideration for others. We had a great time. ##### Jennifer D. It was nice to be close to Branson without being in the traffic that comes with visiting Branson. Quiet and relaxing. Everything you needed for a wonderful trip was supplied. Owner was in contact several times making sure everything was good. Would definitely return. One level condo. No stairs involved, if you have mobility issues. You walk directly in from the parking lot. Would highly recommend it! ##### Debbie H. All they had was decaf pods and very little coffee for the pot. We had a maintenance issue and they got someone on it right away. The pool within walking distance was very small so plan on driving to one of the larger pools. However, they're not too far and are very nice. There was NOT sufficient parking. One night we got the last parking spot and the other night we had to park down by the pool and walk back up to the condo. OK but not preferred. Let me finish by saying that our host, NightlyVacations.com did an excellent job, we will use them again in the future.
