Finding entertainment right on site is also an option, however, between the hiking trails, children’s playgrounds, swimming pools, 5-acre lake, picnic pavilions with outdoor grills, and more. When planning days away from home, be sure to allocate ample time for exploring the wider Branson area. Just 5 minutes from you is the thrilling Silver Dollar City, perfect for families and adrenaline seekers alike. As you head downtown, don't miss the Butterfly Palace & Rainforest Adventure, Titanic Museum, Aquarium at the Boardwalk, or Dolly Parton’s Stampede, among many other attractions. THINGS TO NOTE: • Washer and dryer in home. • Lot parking available for 2 vehicles on a first come, first served basis. • This is a first floor, walk-in unit. • There is trailer parking on site. If parking for more than 7 days you will need to get a permit through the HOA. • The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes. • Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees. And if you’re up for a round of golf, the gorgeous Point Royale Golf Course is less than 25 minutes away and the iconic Top of the Rock Golf Course is less than 40! The home is 25 minutes from historic downtown Branson, an area dotted with dozens of restaurants, boutiques, and specialty stores. It’s simple to navigate downtown by walking, riding a bike, or hopping on the free downtown trolley. While downtown, it’s common to stumble upon a local festival, live music, and other noteworthy events. HOUSE RULES: • Check-In is 4:00pm and Checkout time is 10:00am. • A late check-out may be available upon request, so please ask your Guest Services team for cost and availability prior to your checkout date. Failure to abide by this listed check-in and checkout times will result in a $50 fine for every 30-minute violation before or after the times provided. • This is a "Non-Smoking" property. Smoking or vaping inside a unit is not permitted. You will be fined $500 plus mitigation costs. • Pets of any kind are not permitted unless noted as a "Pet Friendly" unit. You will be fined $500 plus double cleaning fees. • Always observe quiet hours of 10:00PM to 8:00AM, as there are neighbors close by. • Parties or events of any kind are not allowed. • Do not move or rearrange the furniture. • Do not exceed the maximum number of cars or occupants. • Do not park automobiles in the grass, as they will be ticketed and towed. The kids enjoyed the pool. The two king beds were comfortable, however, the pull out couch would not be recommended for adults, the mattress on it was very thin. Was not very comfortable for a small 12 year old, the 7 year old said it was ok (The reason it did not get a 5 star rating). The unit was very clean, however, probably needed to be sprayed, found some large ants in the bathroom, but not a big deal. The washer and dryer was nice to have. The host was great. We usually go to silver dollar city on our trips to Branson. This was a great location, dollar general right down the road and services at Branson west close by as well. My boys said the fold out couch wasn’t bad, we all slept comfortably. Plenty of seating for all of us in kitchen and living room. My only complaint is that the WiFi was not good. It really wasn’t even usable and I checked a various times of day.
