Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, a TV, deck access, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed and a TV. The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo. THINGS TO NOTE: • Washer and dryer in home. • Lot parking available for 2 vehicles on a first come, first served basis. Parking passes are required. As of January 1, 2026, there is a $7.00 per night, per vehicle fee to all nightly rental guests paid to the POA when you check in. This is a mandatory fee that the POA Board of Directors has decided to charge. We do not have any control over it and the fee cannot be waived.
