However, the hot tub remains accessible for guests throughout the year. HOUSE RULES \*PETS: Pets (dogs/cats) are allowed for an additional fee of $50 per pet per stay, with a maximum of 2 pets. If you plan to bring 2 pets, please let us know in advance so we can send the additional pet fee. The unauthorized bringing of pets will have a penalty of $200 which will go towards the deep cleaning of the property. \* CHECK-IN: Check-in time is after 4PM. Early check-in requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. If we’re able to accommodate an early check-in. Please check the availability of early check-in prior to booking. \* CHECK-OUT: Check-out time is before 10 AM. We do not allow late check-out as we schedule cleaning ahead of time. It was a beautiful property.Didn't have griddles in their kitchen, we needed them to cook a large amount of pancakes. We went and purchased them and owner reimbursed us!It sleeps 30 exactly. We had to get creative with sleeping arrangements, so if you're not family you might have to move mattresses and other things to accomodate everyone.
