Perched atop the rolling hills of Branson, this stunning 3-bedroom condo offers beautiful vistas of the spectacular Ozark nature all around.  
  
The Space:  
  
Your private, screened-in deck is the ideal spot to enjoy the views from comfortable outdoor seating. You’ll certainly want to maximize your time here whether it’s luxuriating over morning coffee, sharing a meal alfresco, or simply lounging in the fresh air. Located in the luxurious StoneBridge Village, this home provides guests with access to awesome onsite amenities, plus seamless access to Branson’s top attractions. Truly, this condo is a paradise nestled in the hills of the Ozarks!  
  
Step inside and you will be welcomed with homey interiors which instantly put guests at ease. The living room is inviting with ample seating for your entire group, plus a smart tv for streaming movies and a gas fireplace to make it all the more cozy. The fully equipped kitchen is designed for convenient cooking at home with stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, and toaster. Right outside, you also have access to an awesome BBQ area with grills and picnic tables. Open air dining with beautiful Branson views will be a highlight of the trip, plus you have ample dining space to make use of back inside.  
  
This home sleeps 10 guests between 3 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living area.  
  
Bedroom #1 has a king size bed, tv, and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo.  
  
Bedroom #2 has a king size bed, tv, patio access, and ensuite bathroom with soaking tub and walk-in shower. There is also a baby crib provided in this room.  
  
Bedroom #3 has 2 queen size beds and a tv.  
  
THINGS TO NOTE:   
  
\- This is a ground-level unit, however there are 3 steps up to access the front door.  
  
\- Parking at The Rest Nest is available for 2 vehicles in the front. As of January 1, 2026, there is a $7.00 per night, per vehicle fee to all nightly rental guests paid to the POA when you check in. This is a mandatory fee that the POA Board of Directors has decided to charge. We do not have any control over it and the fee cannot be waived.  
  
\- On the day of arrival all guests will receive a message from the local team to obtain the AMENITIES PASS from the Welcome Center at Stone Bridge.   
  
\- Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.   
  
\- This home is pet-friendly. A maximum of 2 dog, 35 lbs or less, may be brought to this home. If you are bringing a pet, the required pet fee is $125.  
  
\- The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.  
  
\- Washer and dryer in unit available for guest use.  
  
\- The home has an additional bathroom with shower/tub combo.  
  
\- The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.  
  
\- Pools and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.

Downtown Branson, 20 minutes away, is a historic town dotted with dozens of restaurants, boutiques, and specialty stores. It’s simple to navigate downtown by walking, riding a bike, or hopping on the free downtown trolley. While downtown, it’s common to stumble upon a local festival, live music, and other noteworthy events.

#### Weekend Getaway

We had a great weekend in Branson. Our condo at Stonebridge was very nice and super convenient with its close proximity to Silver Dollar City. We visited SDC to attend the country concerts that weekend. This was our second stay at Stonebridge. The property is gorgeous. We hope to visit again during the summer to take advantage of the many amenities that Stonebridge has to offer.

Condo was very nice, good location. Everything we needed was provided inside. Host was always quick to answer. Our one and only dilemma was that the neighbors took one of our parking spots and it was up to us to problem solve the situation.

We loved the location and the roominess of this place. It was comfortable for 3 couples. We also appreciated the ice maker, with plenty of ice, and clean and well organized dishes. The pool was wonderful and it was close to Silver Dollar City. We were disappointed with Grand Welcome. I had never booked through them on VRBO and it seemed very confusing. We got mixed messages on how to get parking passes to get in the gate. We also got a call during our stay that we still owed money. We had stayed in another unit down the street last year with a private landowner on VRBO and had no issues. Welcome Home was very unorganized and confused about amount of money due at what time, including pet fees. I do not plan to rent a VRBO which uses Welcome Home again.

The location was hard to find. We ended up at the wrong condo at first but it was nice once getting there. Only issues was the beds were so hard! Better mattresses and it would have been prefect

This is our third time in Stonebridge. It won’t be our last. Very close to Silver Dollar City. Easy to get to everything in Branson. Perfect for a large family.

#### Family Fun Trip

Our stay here was short yet wonderful! We had 9 people. 3 adults, 4 teens and 2 kiddos. We all had plenty of space for chilling, eating and sleeping. The Rest Nest was very clean and we really enjoyed the ping pong table after a long day. We will most definitely plan to stay here again.

#### Amazing Stay!

My wife and I booked this condo so we could spend the weekend with out family in Branson. The owner was VERY responsive and helpful whenever we asked anything. We were amazed and grateful for how kid friendly it is! The balcony is covered, so supervising our niece was easy. She could also climb the stairs, so there was no issue with them being too steep or tall. The kitchen is fully equipped and we were able to prepare a big meal for everyone. We had basic essentials we knew we needed, but they were never even unpacked. The beds were extremely comfortable and we had no issues falling asleep or just even relaxing. There is a crib / small child’s bed in the master bedroom which helped us out with our niece. The space was very clean and well taken care of. Sometimes with the rentals you can see the wear and tear of use over the years, but not here. The bathrooms were clean, extra towels and some toiletries provided. There were kids toys as well as games and a ping-pong table that we had a blast with! It’s 10 minutes to Silver Dollar City, and right down the road from Billy Gail’s, which we also highly recommend for a nice breakfast!
