Perfect for family

The condo was spacious for our 10 family members. The pool was great, condo well appointed. Especially impressed with the sound proofing in the building. Host did not reply to all questions prior to check in, but we did not have any issues. We were able to check in early and front desk was very nice. However, you are shuffled down the hall for your parking pass and then asked to attend a "presentation" that includes being driven across town to visit additional properties. I had to decline a couple of times in a row and while that was ultimately respected, I'm rather annoyed it happened at all. I've never encountered that with a VRBO. Despite that, we would absolutely rebook based on the size, price, and overall comfort.

Spacious but very dated

The rooms were VERY dated, and not very clean. The chairs were dusty, the lamps were dusty and some of the TVs didn't work. Although there was a foldout couch in every room, every room did not have linens for the foldout beds. I would not stay there again

Christmas

Check in process took some time. There was a long line. After check in you have to go get parking passes. Doesn’t really make any sense to me that you go to another group for that. There was a line for that too. Looks like they try to sell you stuff. 1 of 3 rooms wasn’t ready. About an hour later they called and told me it was ready. The jets for the tub came on randomly twice with no one around. The carpet is pretty old. For the game room you have to pay to play the games. Overall the rooms were nice and we enjoyed our stay.

Christmas Family Vacation

We loved it! Very clean. Easy access to all activities. The people in the office were very helpful. Housekeeping did a great job! I will definitely be coming back and staying while I'm in Branson!

Nice place

We had the three units that all had joining doors. This worked out great for our group. The rooms were very nice. The only item I would suggest is changing the carpets over to a LVP.
