Pointe Royale (POA) is quite strict when it comes to parking, especially trailers and anything that takes up more than one standard parking space (18 ft x 8.5 ft). They watch for parking violations and impose fines and impound vehicles/trailers that violate the rules. You agree to be charged for all such expenses incurred. So, let us know if you are wanting to bring 3 or more vehicles, or any trailers, RVs, or anything that takes up more than one standard parking space so that we can make sure everything goes smoothly. Boats, trailers, and recreational vehicles are not allowed at Pointe Royale. Boat parking is at Branson Boat Storage and is located on the other side of Hwy 165 straight across from Pointe Royale Resort. It’s located in a gated community, so that was a plus. The location was far enough away from main streets in Branson that you didn’t have to deal with the noise of traffic late at night. The condo itself was well maintained and beautifully decorated. The host was always available if I had any questions or concerns. I can honestly say, if we come back to the area.
