Part of our 212 Signature Collection, this retreat features high-end finishes and an open floor plan perfect for families and groups. Enjoy a ramp, roll-in shower, and proximity to Branson Landing and the Strip. Comfortably accommodates your group for an exceptional stay. Guests will have private access to the entire 4-bedroom, 4-bath villa. \-Self-check-in is provided via a smart lock system. You can set your own personal 4-digit code before arrival for seamless access. \-Your stay includes access to fantastic community amenities, including an outdoor swimming pool and hot tub (seasonal), a clubhouse with a full restaurant and lounge, and on-site tennis courts. \-Parking is available for two vehicles in designated spots to the right of the trash bin. For additional cars, you may park directly in front of the villa, close to the curb, or in any open, unassigned spots. You can literally be at any number of Branson sites within 10-15 minutes, depending on traffic. Shopping at several different stores is less than 1 mile away.
