The space
This fresh and comfortable 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo makes a great home base for a Branson getaway. With fresh paint, fresh linens, a well-stocked kitchen, and plenty of room to spread out, it's an easy choice for couples, families, or a small group traveling together.

The main level includes a queen bedroom, full bathroom, kitchen, dining and living areas, and access to the private patio overlooking the golf course.

Upstairs, you'll find the second queen sleeping area and another full bathroom. This bedroom is a loft that is open to the living area below rather than a traditional enclosed bedroom. It's a fun layout that gives the condo an open, spacious feel, but we want guests to be aware that the loft does not offer the same sound or visual privacy as an enclosed bedroom.

Both bathrooms are full baths. One has a tub/shower combination and the other has a walk-in shower.

The kitchen is well stocked for preparing meals during your stay, and Smart TVs and high-speed Wi-Fi make it easy to relax when you're not out exploring Branson.

One of our favorite features is the patio, it's a peaceful spot to enjoy your morning coffee or relax at the end of the day.

This is a second-floor, top-story condo, so there are no neighbors above you. There is one flight of stairs to reach the door.

Up to dogs (no cats) are welcome with the applicable pet fee of $75 per stay. Please be sure to include your pet when making your reservation.

Guest access
Guests have private access to the entire condo and patio during their stay.

The condo is located on the second and top floor of the building. There is one flight of exterior stairs to reach the front door and an additional flight of stairs inside the condo leading to the loft bedroom and bathroom.

The Fall Creek resort area has a playground for younger guests and provides convenient access to the Lake Taneycomo and Fall Creek Marina area.

Please note that this property does not have access to a swimming pool. If you'd like a beach day, Moonshine Beach on Table Rock Lake is approximately 6 minutes away.

This is a self-catering property, but we make your arrival stress-free by providing starter essentials such as coffee, sugar, salt and pepper, toilet paper, soap, shampoo/conditioner, and basic cleaning supplies. If you need more during your stay, several grocery and convenience stores are close by.

This home has a standard hot water heater and you will need to account for that much like in your own home. If you run out of hot water, please wait 30 minutes for the hot water to produce a full tank of hot water and then proceed with showers etc.
