Fisherman, you will enjoy the fishing here on Lake Taney Como. There is room to park your boat and trailer. The boat launch is not far in front of the house. All boat docks are private and unfortunately, we do not own one. You are not allowed to tie up to any of the docks. The kitchen is well stocked and there is plenty of seating for the whole family. Enjoy the screened-in porch with lots of furniture and a table to play games on. Make sure to bring your flashlight so you can see the deer graze at night in the yard. There are so many shows to see in Branson that it would be hard to list just a few. The kids would love Silver Dollar City, the water park, and the aquarium. There are animal parks, bumper cars, and boats. You can play miniature golf or go to Moonshine Beach on Table Rock Lake. Worked for what we needed. The bathrooms are a bit cramped but it worked for us. The yard was a bit overgrown so when the kids played out there 1 evening they came in covered in bugs and some ticks, immediately had to get in the bath. There is a cute little woodchuck that lives under the deck and we saw deer every day down there. The boat launch is tiny and my husband couldn't get out far enough from the launch to fish so that was unfortunate, if we'd had a boat it would have been ok but had hoped to fish from the bank. Went to light the grill and nothing.Out of propane.Contact the owner and explain what’s going on.He said he would refund me for the price of the tank to get a new one.Great problem solved went and exchanged the next day.Perfect. The stove we ended up cooking on in the kitchen worked but the metal grates didn’t fit correctly so the pans sat angled making it a little difficult to cook burgers on.Oh well we didn’t plan on using the stove much so I didn’t find it to much a bother.Second issue.I did not contact the owner over this one because we found things to correct the problem. Whoever the owner has cleaning for them they might want to look into hiring someone new or having a conversation with them.The floors…they had been swept but I couldn’t even guess the last time they were mopped!Our socks/feet were literally BLACK from walking in the house.We did find a mop, vinegar, and fabuloso. We mopped the floors three times with clean water mixture ever time before our feet stopped turning colors. I don’t blame the owner fully for this but they need to have a serious conversation with the cleaners or else someone else may cause a bad issue. ##### Cheyenne E. The location was definitely remote. This would be a great getaway for a fishing trip! There was a musty odor in the home, but it did just rain so may have been from that.
