Two bedroom with two full baths on the banks of Lake Taneycomo. Master bedroom has king size bed, the second bedroom has queen size bed. The cozy common area seats five with two rockers that can be used as well. The dining room seats four. The kitchen comes stocked with equipment that is needed to cook and bake. However, the kitchen is a studio size area. Limited counter space, however, the bakers rack holds counter top appliance. It has a full size refrigerator, stove (new), and dishwasher (new). First floor convenience. It has new carpet and fresh paint.

For entertainment while at the condo, the living room and each bedroom has a flat-screen TV and cable. The living room has a smart blue ray player that you can use with the provided WIFI. The patio gives a wonderful view of Lake Taneycomo flowing in the back yard. It is peaceful to watch boats, canoes, and wild life on the lake. You will be within walking distance (stroll speed is 7 minutes) to Fall Creek Marina. The marina offers boat slips and there is a place across the street to store your trailer. The marina only charges $5 a day to fish. There is a common charcoal grill right out back. The tools are provided.

Only service dogs allowed with prior approval. The dog has to be picked up after outside. Condo HOA rules. If you'll be staying longer than 2 days, you will be required to utilize the provided parking permit. Upon leaving, the parking permit must remain in the condo otherwise a $50 deduction will be made from your deposit.
