In the bedrooms are top of the line King size Beautyrest hybrid mattresses with Daniel Cremieux quilts, luxurious linens, 5 star gel fiber pillows and beautiful hand crafted aspen log furniture.

Every bedroom has a private bathroom and a 55" SMART Roku TV.

HOME FEATURES

The great room has soaring 20'+ wooden ceilings with 2 stone gas fireplaces, 2 large 65" SMART Roku TV's and breathtaking views of Table Rock Lake. Adding to the beauty and charm of this home are the furnishings. It is filled with beautiful upscale rustic furniture and décor. Natural slate tile flooring is in all the open areas and bathrooms.

The huge kitchen is completely furnished and includes exotic Magma Gold granite tops, beautiful knotty alder wood cabinets, LG stainless steel appliances, 2 full size french door refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, 5 burner stove, double oven, microwave, 2 coffee pots, garbage disposal and large single bowl granite composite sink. There are more than enough matching dishes, glassware, heavy duty Viking stainless cookware and hammered 18/8 silverware. Even the kitchen utensils and small appliances are high quality.

All our furniture was hand built by a highly skilled custom furniture builder. The attention to detail is incredible - It is truly a beautiful work of art.

There is plenty of seating for everyone – The dining area has a huge custom built barnwood dining table with seating for 14, 2 more gorgeous barnwood tables with seating for 10 and 10 barnwood barstools at the kitchen counter. The seating area has 3 luxurious studded sofas and a large barnwood coffee table.

Step through our custom 8' glass doors onto the main level huge covered deck with 2 ceiling fans for breathtaking MILLION DOLLAR VIEWS overlooking Table Rock Lake. Lots of seating with 4 bronze aluminum patio table sets.

The walk out lower level has a large common area in the center of 4 bedrooms with a Brunswick 8' pool table, Magma Gold granite top bar with granite composite sink, stainless refrigerator, 2 large 65" SMART Roku TV's and another large covered deck with more breathtaking views of Table Rock Lake.

Seating for everyone! - There is another huge custom barnwood dining table with seating for 14, a hand crafted pub table, 10 barnwood barstools, 3 more luxurious studded sofas and large barnwood coffee table.

Step out onto another large covered deck with 2 ceiling fans for more breathtaking MILLION DOLLAR VIEWS. There is a lot more seating with 2 additional bronze aluminum patio table sets.

The laundry room has 2 LG oversized front-loading, high capacity washer/dryer sets.

Free wireless internet and Cable TV are provided on all 12 SMART Roku TV's.

On-site amenities include GREAT INDOOR & OUTDOOR Swimming Pools, Kiddie Pool, Hot Tub, Playground and Clubhouse that you can walk to near our home!
- The Outdoor Pool is open Memorial Day - Labor Day.
- The Indoor Pool is open year round.

Boat rental slips are available subject to availability at Indian Point Marina - Contact in advance to reserve a slip.

Our home is nestled away in the rolling hills above Table Rock Lake.
We are off Indian Point Road, just down the road from Table Rock Lake's Indian Point Marina and close to the Branson Strip.
