Nestled on a quiet cul-de-sac on the north side of the Ross R. Barnett Reservoir, this 1,720 sq ft updated getaway blends comfort and charm. Large windows flood the home with natural light, while the large screened deck on the back and the porch on the front invites slow mornings and sunset evenings. Fully concreted front parking makes space for cars, trucks, and boats with ease. The boathouse is not accessible. We provide you with a starter pack of items for the house. We do not provide restock items. \*\*Guest is required to sign a Rental Agreement. Security Hold $300\. Hold to be processed by Host on Guest's Credit Card. See Listing and Rental Agreement for details. Min age is at least 24 Years of Age.\*\* We do have some rules in place: No smoking in our property - $500 charge if we find evidence of smoking including the smell of smoke in the property No events or parties. You will not be refunded for your stay if you have a party and are asked to leave early. There may be up to a $1,000 charge for any clean-up or broken, destroyed, or stained items as a result of a party or event. No pet is permitted on the property nor visiting animals. We will charge an additional $150 per animal if you bring in an additional animal into the property. If you bring an animal you claim is a service animal but does not fit the ADA's requirements, we will report you and there can be a penalty up to $1,000 and up to 6 months in jail. We take this very seriously. MAINTENANCE AND ISSUES: Please report any maintenance needs for the premises to us and we will respond as quickly as possible.
