This home blends modern updates with a welcoming atmosphere. Three restful bedrooms and open living areas create the perfect backdrop for connection and ease. Tucked in a peaceful neighborhood near Lakeshore Park, guests enjoy outdoor recreation, water views, and local dining—while shopping centers and major highways are just minutes away for added convenience. You are able to get mail and packages but it is up to you to check. I do not take responsibility for your mail or packages. We provide you with a starter pack of items for the house. We do not provide restock items. \*\*Guest is required to sign a Rental Agreement. Security Hold $300\. Hold to be processed by Host on Guest's Credit Card. We will charge $150 per animal if you bring in an additional animal into the property.
