We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Just far enough outside of the hustle and bustle of the wine tour. Quiet area, comfy bed, cozy hot tub - this really felt like the best place to stay. Would definitely book this space again.

Absolutely adored this place.
100% would recommend this stay to anyone and would definitely go back! we were late night arrivals and this place was super easy to find and well lit when you arrived. The house was very clean, the beds were comfortable, the shower had good pressure& warm water. All things you would look for in perfect place to stay! The hot tub was clean and ready to go which was a huge plus to the stay!
Such a unique stay! Absolutely loved staying on a working farm! So much fun having the farm cats greet and hang with us outside! We enjoyed taking an 8 mile hike then coming back, building a fire and relaxing in the hot tub!

Perfect spot
We loved staying here. My son loved seeing all the animals. The hot tub was relaxing and it was a beautifully quiet location. The beds were fine. The kitchen had everything you needed, the grill worked great for our burgers. And the fire pit outside was fun. I would definitely recommend and I hope that we have the chance to stay here again.
We enjoyed the amenities the property offered and the location was great to visit the majority of the lakes. Only down side is local restaurants are far and few between.
The folder in the room with a list of restaurants needs to be updated, several that are listed are closed permanently.
Stayed for wedding in Penn Yan, which is about 15 minutes away. Very clean, good amenities and comfortable couch and seating with large TV in living room. Two bedrooms, king bed in main bedroom is very, very firm. Good size bathroom with two sinks. Worked out nicely for us.

We had a great time at this place. Clean, very nice beds and furniture. Everything was wonderful. We would definitely stay here again. The only issue was we tried contacting a contact person as stated in the guest rules book. Our question was never answered, we figured it out on our own...

Very peaceful. Fun to watch farm animals. Very clean. Great shower. Master bed was way too soft. The other bed was fine. Enjoyed our stay very much. Would consider going back again.

Great place!
We had a great time staying at this home in the Branchport area. It was remote and private, yet not too far to explore the area and several wineries over the weekend. There were several dead flies scattered throughout the home upon arrival, however, the home is located on a working farm and we are just coming off of a warm stretch of weather. The amenities were nice (hot tub, fireplace, spacious rooms and bathroom), however felt the kitchen (cabinets) could use some updating compared to other fixtures throughout the home. All in all, we had an enjoyable time and would definitely consider staying at this rental again in the future.
The property was immaculate, airy, and comfortable, as well as close to wineries and parks. It was pleasantly off the beaten path!
The grounds were well-maintained, and all of the animals were so well-cared for. Nicole was a regular one-woman show the days we spent there, caring for alpacas, horses, goats, chickens, ducks, pigs,as well as her dogs and cats. She is truly amazing! I enjoyed chatting with her, and being around the animals. There was a sense of ease at this property! After being out all day, we were able to come back to this wonderful environment. I had the opportunity to feed some snacks to some of the alpacas, which was a highlight for me!
I highly recommend this property!

Nice stay
I went with my boyfriend and this place was cozy, clean and beautiful. We absolutely loved the farm and couldn’t believe how many cute animals we saw. The hot tub was nice and the area and views were amazing. I will say I wasn’t aware that the house is connected to a bigger building and I do believe someone was staying next to us which was not what we had pictured when we were planning a getaway. With that being said we didn’t see or hear the other people much but it was something to note. The king bed was also way too soft for my liking but that could be personal opinion. The kitchen came fully stocked, smart tvs in about every room and games were provided. We grilled the first night then picked up cheap food from a tavern the second. There were not any major issues, the WiFi worked great, it was easy to navigate the area and the check in and out instructions were clear; however, I could not contact the host at all when we wanted to extend our stay. We did in fact get ahold of customer service but it was a lot less convenient.
Overall, It was an awesome stay, I will definitely want to return!!
Everything was great. Check-in was easy and the place was clean. It was a great location for checking out the wineries. The hot tub was a terrific addition to the stay after hiking and vineyard hopping all day.
