"This is a very nice hotel, very clean and beautiful setting. Getting to it is an absolute nightmare. One has to travel down almost 2 miles of dirt, gravel road up the side of a mountain, the GPS that I was using got completely confused and sent me down the wrong dirt road, someone from the hotel had to come to the town square to lead me cause it was impossible to find the place. "We had a wonderful 5 night stay here. We had a lovely, large room with a balcony. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked well and the hotel is conveniently located (within a 5 minute walk) to old town. The only (very minor) complaint was when I asked the young lady at the bar for 2 wine glasses to bring up to our room, she was extremely rude. She told me we had glasses in our room already. I explained that we had bought a special bottle of wine and would like to drink it out of wine glasses, not bathroom glasses. She got very angry. I would have understood if she explained that it is not allowed. Again, a minor complaint, but I thought it was strange. I highly recommend this hotel. The staff (except for the girl at the bar), were exceptional."
