Lambley Farm Cottages are set within 90 acres of a beautiful part of the South Tyne Valley and have been developed to a superior standard.. Ground Floor:

Open plan living space: With oak floors.

Living area: with French door leading to hot tub.

Dining area.

Kitchen area: With double electric range, microwave and dishwasher.

Utility room: With American style fridge/freezer and washing machine.

Bedroom 1: With double bed, French doors and en-suite with shower cubicle and toilet.

Bedroom 2: With 3 single beds.



First Floor:

Bedroom 3: With kingsize bed and single bed (for flexible sleeping arrangements).

Bedroom 4: With double bed.

Bedroom 5: With twin beds and en-suite.

Bathroom: With shower over bath, and toilet.. Oil-fired central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and highchair available. . Hot tub for 6 (private). Ample private parking. No smoking. Visit England 4 Star. Shared on-site facilities: Courtyard with sitting-out area and garden furniture. BBQ hut. . Nestled within 90 acres of a beautiful part of the South Tyne valley, this cluster of barn conversions have been developed to create holiday cottages to a superior standard and can be booked individually or collectively to accommodate extended parties. Each property has oak flooring and is well-equipped with many modern appliances suitable for contemporary living, and has been tastefully furnished throughout.  This complex is in a very private setting and offers the additional bonus of being only 50 yards from the trout and salmon rich South Tyne River, where fishing is available on a pre booked basis for a fee dependent on month of the salmon season.

Orchard House can be booked together with Kingfisher Cottage (CC333051) nearby, which has its own hot tub, to accommodate up to 20 guests.
