Brampton Ash Holidays from £107

Have stayed at the Chase a number of times over the years and this is by far the worst stay, we booked 5 rooms for a 2 night stay , on the Saturday night there was some sort of party going on in the hotel till the early hours of the morning , there was no one at reception to help and the out of hours number wasn’t answered we came down for breakfast on the Monday morning only to be told Breakfast had finished at 09:00 ( we were told 10:00) and that the kitchen was now closed due to repairs to the gas supply . I complained directly to Greene King only to receive a reply from the assistant manager of the chase acknowledging and apologising for the noise and the mix up over breakfast times he then went on to accuse one of our party of being abusive to staff ( nothing mentioned on the day or when we checked out) and as such they would not be refunding the cost of the missed breakfasts, I have asked for evidence of the abuse (cctv etc ) but this has been ignored by Greene King and they are not communicating anymore ( I guess that the abuse evidence is non existent and the accusation and easy way to avoid a refund, simply if you want a good nights sleep and a decent breakfast there are a number of better options than this so called Hotel in Nuneaton

The staff were very polite ,the room was clean and tidy and refreshed for my second night ,despite their being functions on the room was very quiet ,this was my second stay at this hotel
