"This host should teach a class on being a VRBO host. Communication was great with an appreciation for us renting, along with a warm welcoming feeling. The neighborhood felt safe as we went for various walks during our stay. The pool was nice as pictured and clean. Has a small approximate 6x6 shallow area that would be awesome if u have really small ones. It also has a couple swim up barstools that were cool.When at the house spent the majority of our time in the outdoor living room which was extremely comfortable. Grandpa could YouTube but still be present for the kiddo's. The kitchen was so enjoyable, it was very well stocked with anything you may need for your stay, with such things as a soft cooler for a day trip, and trays for fruit and vegetables for pool side. Check in was easy. The checkout was very simple and enjoyable. We will definitely stay again if we return to the area. Great rental, with an even better host! You won't be disappointed.Your thoughts "
