Did not stay long enough to try the golf course but the grounds were beyond maintained. We were lucky to get a huge gorgeous room. The room itself was lovely and the bathroom was spectacular. We asked to book our meal for supper as we were going to a show just across from hotel , as the show starts at 7.30 , we needed to book a meal a bit earlier , the receptionist said we can’t serve meals till 7.30 as there is a wedding in process. She said she will ask the chef but he said no . Even a sandwich would b better than nothing , but no . "Hotel was beautiful but the one thing that lets it down was the service at dinner. No-one was interested in the area I was sitting. No one told me the soup of the day or that there were 4 items unavailable until I was ordering. Couldn’t get anyone to bring the bill. Let down an otherwise lovely ..."
