The AC unit was old and very noisy, the refrigerator had a problem with leakage, there wasn't a chair or table for myself or guests to put our drinks, snacks, plates, etc., (I borrowed snack table and folding chairs from friends). There was no linen service/housekeeping provided during my 3-week stay. On the plus side, the kitchen was well-stocked with many of the basics for cooking, and there was a very nice outdoor seating area for 2\. This small, nicely decorated and tidy apartment was perfect for my one week stay. I loved walking around the beautiful neighborhood. With the screen door and an open window, the place stayed cool most of the time. Sometimes I would turn the window fan on too but rarely used the window air-conditioning unit. The host has thought of everything and it shows. The decor is warm, inviting yet totally functional. The actual space is small, but designed so well that it feels much larger.
