A quick stay over with a friend, room basic but clean and comfortable, very central location , and amazing reception staff who couldn’t do enough for us. Would definitely stay again
The ladies on reception on the day of my first visit to Bradford were so helpful, friendly and welcoming. My wife and I can’t thank them enough for their advice on where to go prior to the theatre show starting.
Tariff, given the location in central Bradford was excellent. Some building construction taking place nearby, but not outside normal work hours. Ian, Tasmania.
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is convenient for the railway stations - particularly Bradford Forster Square. We would use this hotel again. Two reasons why I didn't give it five stars.
• There is no restaurant, though there is a McDonalds close by. The 'packed breakfast' offer is not cheap. We were prepared though and brought some porridge pots and cartons of OJ with us.
• Parking is limited, which was stressful on approach - would there be a space? There was each time we returned to the hotel so maybe it is not a huge issue. Also, the station car park over the road is only £3.30 for 24 hours, so there is a backup. Maybe the hotel could make that clearer in their publicity?
But the hotel was clean and tidy and for that reason I will be back next time we are in the area.

Could not settle with the ethnic minority in this horrible place. Full of pak&@S OMG Never again. So cheap but never again.
Booked a double room but got a twin bed. The receptionist said it's hotels.com fault and I should seek a refund. There was no other rooms available and me and my partner spent the night in separate beds
Booked a room for two adults and a child & it turns out to be completely different from the Expedia website selected room & pictures without a third baby bed. Lady on the reception was very helpful, she brought us a baby cott which barely fitted in the room. Room was booked for guests from Canada & we weren't expecting that at come back from the airport after a long flight. Very disappointed.
The parking for the hotel is free although the website states there is a charge but it is first come first served. The room I stayed in was opposite the Royal Mail sorting office and as you can imagine this could have caused a few early mornings if not for the excellent glazing. Slightly noisy on my last evening with people talking loudly in the corridors and slamming doors ( if you complain they do investigate) apart from a few issues my stay was ok and I would recommend it but not too take a car
