Come relax and unwind in this sprawling ground floor, 3 bedroom/2 bath villa that sits on right on the lake. Breathtaking views from almost every room. King size bed in the master, Queen size in one Guest room and a comfy Queen sleeper in the second Guest room which doubles as a Den. There is a second Queen sleeper in the cozy, carpeted Florida room. Stack washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. Private patio with grill. Community offers heated pool, hot tub and tennis court.  
 Close to shopping, restaurants, medical facilities and public transportation. Less than 8 miles from Gulf Beaches. Short distance to the Arts and Entertainment of Sarasota. 1 hour by car to Tampa/St. Pete and 2 hours to the attractions of Orlando. WIFI is included. NO PETS/NO SMOKING. 3 month minimum stay.
