### Swaying Palms by Coastal Chic Vacations

Welcome to Swaying Palms, a stunning 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo at One Particular Harbour. Located on the third floor, this coastal retreat features an open-concept layout with a fully-equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, and spacious living area with a flat-screen TV. Enjoy seamless indoor-outdoor living with sliding glass doors leading to a private lanai, complete with a sectional and dining area—perfect for relaxing or dining al fresco.  
  
The primary bedroom offers a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, and ensuite bathroom, while the two guest rooms feature a king-size bed with ensuite and two twin beds with easy access to the third bathroom. Extras include Wi-Fi, full-size washer/dryer, and a beach locker stocked with a cart, chairs, umbrella, and bike for your use.  
  
One Particular Harbour offers award-winning resort living on Florida’s last private island, with stunning amenities and a prime waterfront location—ideal for a memorable vacation!

Marina Walk Amenities - Resort Amenities for short term stays (less than one month) include free Wi-Fi, private resort-style heated pool and cabana area, children's tot lot area, a splash zone and BBQ grilling area with picnic tables. A deep water marina with wet and dry storage is on site to enjoy a restful stroll and a beautiful place to watch the sunsets. A Florida fish-house-style restaurant, Floridays, is also on site and only a short walk away.  
  
Long-Term Amenities: Guests who stay for 30 days or longer can enjoy additional luxurious amenities of Harbour Isle. These include the waterfront Beach Club with private pools, hot tub and beach, fully equipped fitness center, sky bar and restaurant, yoga lawn and kayak launch. Two additional private pools and hot tub are also included. There is an exercise trail for morning jogs or leisurely sunset strolls along quiet waters of a large lagoon and lush landscaping throughout the community.

Located on a private island 2 minute drive over the bridge to Manatee Beach with all the beach gear provided!  
The condo's prime location offers easy access to the white sandy beaches and turquoise waters that make this area a top vacation destination.

This property is located in a secure, gated community. A fob is required to access the gates, and you can conveniently pick one up 24/7 at our location on Manatee Avenue, making your arrival seamless.  
  
LINEN PROGRAM  
This property is part of our Professional Linen Program. At Coastal Chic Vacations, we are dedicated to providing the highest quality experience for our guests. Our professional linen service ensures high-quality, hypoallergenic linens are ready for your use upon arrival. These linens are laundered in a commercial setting using only perfume and dye-free soaps, guaranteeing a comfortable and luxurious stay.

The property is beautiful, very spacious with 3 bedrooms and 3 large bathrooms. Perfect for large families. Great comfortable kitchen with all the tools for cooking.

#### Hot water shortage poor access to property

we experienced a shortage of hot water all the while we were there. This made it inconvenient for taking showers doing the dishes and and washing clothes. It also was inconvenient to access the property with only one fob we also had difficulty getting registered to access property.
