Quick Getaway
This is a hidden gem in the downtown area. Nice quiet neighborhood. Plenty to see and do right down the road. Also not to far from beaches and the price is right. Not our first stay and won’t be our last. Only complaint, it books up fast, so, book as soon as possible.

Great home away from home
Neighborhood was very quiet and the neighbors were extremely friendly. Nice area to spend a quiet vacation. The house had everything needed to make it comfortable. Having the bbq grill was an extra bonus. Bed was very comfortable. Security lights were a plus. We really enjoyed the front porch and back yard. The outdoor furniture made it homelike.

Great location, quaint and comfortable home
Nice cottage in an historic district! We enjoyed the walking distance to downtown Bradenton Main Street and along the Riverwalk. We also enjoyed the new years celebration. The front porch was a big plus and relaxing to sit outside and see friendly neighbors. The home was well-stocked with everything we needed for our visit. We will be back!

Super property. Met all our needs plus a lot of extras like coffee, condiments,. Very clean and organized. We enjoyed walking along the waterfront enjoying all the Christmas decorations. I highly recommend.

Cozy cottage close to town. Was able to walk downtown and enjoy downtown Bradenton.Neighborhood had a very safe and friendly feeling.David was communicated and easily accessible. Answered all questions and concerns we had. Will definitely try to come back in the future.

Perfect place for a few days in Bradenton
Perfect little cottage for me and my wife on our anniversary trip down to the Bradenton area. Short walk to some nice restaurants and an easy drive to Anna Maria Island and some great beaches! One thing to note, if you are a nonsmoker you may want to grab a scented candle as the house does smell a bit like cigarettes. Not a big deal - there's a Publix right down the street with a good selection. I'd 1000% recommend David's place if you're heading down to the area!

I was visiting my hometown, and never knew there could be a very low traffic and quiet area connected to downtown Bradenton. Knowing there is a possibility of red tide every year, I opted to stay inland to avoid it and more importantly to be closer to family so they could visit us. This is right in the middle of a full time resident neighborhood too. That's a plus!! The amazing mango trees on the street, they are so abundant, most of them get ran over or left to rot. We loved staying here and when we visit again, would love to stay again!

This was our first time using VRBO. I have to say it was the best rental home that we have stayed in. The kitchen was equipped with lots of gadgets. We also appreciated the selection of spices and condiments. The bathroom also had many supplies. They had beach chairs and towels for us to use. The bed was very comfortable. Overall a great stay. I would highly recommend.

This is the 3rd time I’ve stayed at this little place and I absolutely love it. Quiet neighborhood, extremely clean house, walking distance to the river and approximately 15 minutes to the beach (8-10 miles). You won’t be disappointed with this place:) It had everything we needed. Will definitely be back!

Great place!
I absolutely love this little duplex. It’s close enough to everything and the neighborhood is quiet. This is my second time staying here. The only thing that could use some work is the water pressure in the shower but that’s a small price to pay for this comfy little place:) I will be going back soon ! Wouldn’t dream of staying anywhere else.

Although I did not need to speak with the owner during our visit, he was quick to respond and informative prior to our trip to Bradenton. The house had everything we needed… And it included some nice amenities that made the trip easier and more comfortable. The property was in a quiet and safe neighborhood. It was clean and well-maintained. I would definitely recommend this property!

The rear door lock is a bit temperamental and took several tries to open. Would like to have known about the detour since GPS took us down closed streets. Unit itself was very nice!

The cottage is so comfortable and clean that it felt like mini-home. It’s close to downtown so we walked to the marina for a nice dinner. The neighborhood has quaint homes and lush landscaping. We really enjoyed it!

QUICK TRIP TO FLORIDA
The home is lovely. We loved the color choices and decor. it was just a easy 20 minute drive to the Island and beach where my sis and fam were staying. We loved the Riverwalk which is within walking distance from this home. The neighborhood was very tranquil. The kitchen was well stocked and did not lack anything we needed. We would definitely stay here again. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The owner was very accommodating.

Just Perfect
A prime example of what you should expect from a vacation home rental. Absolutely spotless and well equiped. Private off street parking. Quiet, secure neighborhood. Location, location! We were there as a spot to visit Sarasota from. As it turned out Bradenton was pretty nice itself. We were just over a block off the water, nearby the nice little downtown and the riverwalk. We would not hesitate to stay here again and again

Sweet, quiet place
This was my second stay at this property. It’s a sweet, clean, well appointed place in a quiet neighborhood. The mattress was more comfortable this time than 2 years ago (foam now). The only problems I had: the batteries were bad in one TV remote & the batteries provided were the wrong size (not a big deal because the bedroom TV worked fine & didn’t watch a lot of TV while there), the cold water handle in the bathroom sink was difficult/stiff to turn, & I fell on my knee on the very hard stone floors, but this was my fault because I dropped olive oil on the floor & didn’t clean it up properly. I enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the mornings listening to the birds & feeding the neighborhood cat. The hosts are great & promptly respond to messages. Check in was a breeze. Great location. I’m certain I’ll return.

Our over all stay was good, wasn’t real impressed with the location, but after u find bus stops to take u to the beach ( then u can take the free trolley to different locations) it was good ! But I think maybe mor directions left for people would be an asset so people could find these things befor the end of there stay

Thank you David for providing such an inviting, quant home for our week in the Bradenton area. Such a perfect and affordable place to stay, and we enjoyed our walks around the neighborhood, river views and restaurants - all within 5 to 10 minute walks from this property. The drive to Anna Maria island was only 20m and no highway traffic - just couldn't have been any better. The home was well stocked, and the attention to detail in the kithchen and the bathroom did not go un-noticed.

This cottage is just as advertised....cute, cozy and clean. We thought the king bed was exceptional. The neighborhood was perfect for dog walks. The neighborhood was charming and safe. We liked it so much we made reservations for next year!

One month of relaxation
Very clean, quiet, convenient to main streets and the beaches. There is a good deal of foot traffic to speak or wave to. The tiled front porch partial shade/sun and was the perfect place to enjoy the neighborhood. There also is a patio in the back for you to enjoy.
