Welcome to a fabulous Florida Escape. This well-maintained unit is located on the second floor with a tranquil view of a pond right outside your screened lanai. This unit is located in an immaculate gated community offering a 27- hole Arthur Hill designed golf course. Tennis courts, dedicated pickleball courts, basketball, biking and walking paths along with 2 fitness centers and a Jacuzzi. Two resort style pools, a Tiki bar and 6 other satellite pools are on this beautiful property.
Located 25 minutes to Sarasota, Siesta Key and the beautiful beaches of the Florida Gulf Coast. A 30 day minimum booking is required. To enjoy the full benefits of the communities amenities there is an additional charge for the transfer of membership. The fee covers your entire stay.
