The beach is directly across the street and Bridge Street is just south, Publix just a bit north. We rented a car and a golf cart so the two car garage was great! We had three teenagers with us and everyone had enough room. The kitchen was ideal for making breakfast and lunch daily during our stay. This is the first time we have rented a VRBO through Vacasa and that did concern me but it was not a problem. If text Vacasa it seems to be a bot so I would recommend calling. In other VRBO rentals I have been able to get a late check out as long as no one else was checking in the next day but this rental does not allow it at all and will charge for early check in. It is a little less personal of an experience but again, no real issues. Overall, this place was wonderful and we had a great week at the beach. ##### Gina B. The condo was very clean. Practically on the beach (just had to cross the road). They had beach chairs and umbrellas and toys for the little ones. No need to bring any dishes. All of the T.V.’s were smart tv’s. Very clean. We had 2 issues during our stay, the refrigerator for warm and our food spoiled and the dishwasher was not working, after 4 tries it’s worked. Contacted the number and they never resolved the issues and completely ignored it.
