Seagrass Flats Unit 2 is a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo that is located less than 75 steps to the Gulf and has a shared heated pool. This unit has been completely renovated both inside and out. Bathrooms and kitchen feature quartz countertops; vinyl plank flooring throughout; full-size washer/dryer, stainless steel appliances; new fans/lighting and the interior is perfectly decorated, with new, very comfortable furniture and bedding, walk-in shower, and flat-screen smart TV's. The location of Seagrass Flats is ideal. The Gulf is across the street with its aqua-blue water and soft sands for a swim, sunbathing, or a nice walk, a playground park and bay fishing at the end of the street;. An easily accessible free island trolley to travel the 7-mile Island makes this your ideal vacation destination. This condo offers all the comforts of home. The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need to make a full-course meal or quick snack while the living room has plenty of seating to relax after a long day in the sun and watch your favorite movie on the flat screen, smart TV. Primary bedroom features a king-size bed, flat-screen TV and ensuite bathroom while bedroom two features a king-size bed and flat-screen TV. Such a nice property just as pictured. The walk to the beach was so short . You can see the ocean from the front door. Would definitely stay again . Liked the location and was great to have the pool when we didn't feel like a beach day. It was close to many things and the free trolley was a great option as well.The property management team kept me up to date any and all information we could have possibly needed for our trip, including restaurants, beaches and entertainment.
